Delivery Information
All of our merchandise is shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our flat rate $5.99 delivery ships via priority mail, and typically arrives in 3-5 days, though that may vary depending on your location. We waive the fee for priority mail shipping if you spend $50 or more.
If you need it faster, you can opt for express mail from the United State Postal Service, which typically is 2 days, again, depending on your location.

At Lazoo we value your business and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your baby’s products.

HERE to download and obtain your return authorization. We will gladly accept any unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales tags attached. After 45 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. No returns after 90 days.
Damages: notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, Lazoo.com will provide an equivalent replacement item if a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund.
No returns or exchanges on Halloween and Christmas merchandise after Halloween and Christmas.
Certain items may be subject to additional restrictions as noted on the tag, packing slip or posted online.
Clearance and Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
Please provide the following to obtain a Return Authorization Number:
- Invoice Number
- Item Number
- Name and Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Brief reason for your return (We want you to be COMPLETELY happy)
- Detach the pre-addressed return label at the bottom of the form and set aside
- Pack your merchandise with the return form securely inside

Packages must be returned prepaid; COD deliveries will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed.
